Kasra Ferdows (Georgetown University, USA) – Past POMS President
Heisley Family Chair Professor of Global Manufacturing at Georgetown University McDonough School of Business. Before Georgetown he taught at INSEAD and, as a visiting faculty, at Harvard, Stanford, and Melbourne Business Schools. He is a life-time Fellow and former President of the Production and Operations Management Society and a Fellow of the European Operations Management Association and past acting dean of the McDonough School of Business. He has over a hundred publications in academic journals, books, and other outlets and has written award-winning cases.

Joe Hair (University of South Alabama, United States)
Director of the Ph.D. Program in Business Administration, Mitchell College of Business, University of South Alabama, U.S.A. Joe is ranked #1 globally in Marketing, Multivariate Data Analysis, SEM and PLS-SEM. His career citations exceed 293,000 and his H-Index and I-10 index are 101 and 433, respectively. Joe has published over 85 editions of his books, including Multivariate Data Analysis, Cengage Learning, U.K., 2019; Essentials of Business Research Methods, Routledge, 2020; A Primer on Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling, Sage, 2022; A Primer on Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling: R Version, Springer, 2022; and Essentials of Marketing Analytics, McGraw-Hill, 2021. He has published 160+ articles in scholarly journals such as the JMR, JAMS, ORM, HBR, EJM, JFBS. EMJ and others.

Hau Lee (Stanford University, USA) – Fellow of INFORMS, POMS, and MSOM. Past POMS President
Thomas Professor of Operations, Information and Technology at the Stanford Graduate School of Business. He is the current Co-Director of the Stanford Value Chain Innovations Initiative. Professor Lee’s expertise is on global value chain innovations. He has published widely in top journals, has been the former Editor-in-Chief of Management Science and former President of POMS. He is a Fellow of INFORMS, POMS, and MSOM, and was inducted to the US National Academy of Engineering. Besides extensive consulting, he co-founded DemandTec that went public in NASDAQ in 2007. He was the founding chairman of SCM World, which was acquired by Gartner in 2016. He currently serves as an independent non-executive director for several public and private companies.

Professor Emeritus at Singapore Management University (SMU). Former President of SMU and Former Dean of Business School of University of Cambridge, UK. Independent Director of more than 20 companies and institutions in Belgium, France, the UK, Singapore and Australia. Chair of the Temasek sponsored “Stewardship Asia Centre” (Singapore), director of INSEAD (France and Singapore), and a member of the University Grants Committee (Hong Kong). He published more than 100 academic articles and 12 books. He is a global academic leader with more than 35 years of experience in international academic institutions in Europe and Asia.

Christian Ringle (Hamburg University of Technology, Germany)
Chaired Professor of Management and the Director of the Institute of Human Resource Management and Organizations (HRMO) in the Department of Management Sciences and Technology at the Hamburg University of Technology (TUHH), Germany. His research addresses human resource management, organization, marketing, strategic management, and quantitative methods for business and market research. His contributions in these fields have been published in journals such as International Journal of Research in Marketing, Information Systems Research, Journal of Business Research, Journal of Service Research, Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science, Long Range Planning, and MIS Quarterly. Since 2018, Ringle has been included in the Clarivate Analytics’ Highly Researchers list.

Ann Vereecke (Vlerick Business School and Ghent University, Belgium) – EurOMA Fellow and Past President
Professor and partner at Vlerick Business School, and Professor at Ghent University. Former Faculty Dean of Vlerick Business School ( 2008- 2018. PhD at Ghent University in 1997, having been a visiting PhD candidate in INSEAD (France). Ann teaches Operations and SCM at Vlerick Business School. She is actively involved in executive teaching and in research projects for a broad range of companies She is Associate Editor of the International Journal of Operations and Production Management. She has served on the board of POMS (the US-based Production and Operations management society) and has been president of EurOMA (European Operations Management Association) and Vice President of VIL (Flanders Institute for Logistics). She currently serves on the board of the companies Ter Beke, Picanol Group and North Sea Port. Her main interests are SCM and manufacturing strategy, in particular international manufacturing strategy and the impact of technologies on the SC. She has published several articles in these areas

Chris Voss (Warwick Business School and Emeritus Professor of Operations Management at London Business School, UK) – Fellow of EurOMA, POMS and DSI and Past EurOMA President
Professor of Operations Management Warwick Business School and Emeritus Professor of Operations Management at London Business School. Professor Voss gained his MBA and PhD from London Business School. He is a fellow of BAM, DSI, EurOMA and POMS and was elected distinguished scholar by the OM division of the Academy of Management in 2008. His current and recent research has included impact of Covid on supply chains, design of experience-centric services, service architecture and modularity, e-services, service supply chains and service innovation. Professor Voss is Associate Editor of the Journal of Service Research. His research has been published in: Journal of Operations Management, Journal of Service Management, Journal of Service Research, Journal of Service Marketing, Journal of Product Innovation Management, Decision Science Journal, International Journal of Operations and Production Management and others. He was co-founder and long-term chairman of the European Operations Management Association, and serves on several editorial boards.

Dr. Zhao Xiande is JD.COM Chair Professor of Operations and Supply Chain Management, Associate Dean (Shenzhen Campus), Director of CEIBS-ZKH Centre for Innovation in Supply Chains and Services, and Co-Director of the Digital Transformation of Enterprises Course of CEIBS. Professor Zhao’s expertise is in the areas of Operations and Supply Chain Management. His research interests mostly focus on supply chain management and innovation, network-based service and business model innovation, supply chain finance, supply chain integration, digital supply chain, supply chain optimization using big data.
